 Good morning Year 4, Maths Start the day by warming your brains up by spending some time on Times Table Rockstars.  We will then be continuing our work on decimals. Today we are looking at 'dividing a 1 or 2 digit number by 100'. Start by watching this video or looking through the powerpoint. I would like you to think about the last 10 weeks of ukulele lesson and write a short personal recount about the lessons. Good morning Class 4, Please find below work for today. Maths Begin with 15 minutes on Times Table Rockstars. We are moving on with our decimal work this week to look at hundedths. Hello Class 4, English - Today, I would like you to recap plural and possessive - s. Look through these  slides  and then have a go at this  worksheet . Maths - Start by spending 15 minutes on Times Tables Rock Stars. Get in touch if you can't remember your username and password! Then, have a go at solving this mystery maths game using some of the maths skills that we have practised this term!  Reading - Spend half an hour on Reading Plus doing a vocabulary or reading task.  Traditionally on the last afternoon of the term, we would have our golden time. You have all earned it this half term by working so hard, so enjoy doing an activity of your choice for the rest of the day. You could do some colouring or drawing, or you could sit and watch a film. If you'd like to, you could carry on with your times tables game on Scratch. Hello Class 4,  English - Today, I would like you to recap singular and plural. Look through these  slides  and then have a go at this  worksheet . Maths - Start by having a go at these  arithmetic questions . We are on Day 4. Today we are going to be looking again at checking strategies. Look through these  slides . Then have a go at answering these  questions . Here are the  answers  to check your work.  Reading - Spend half an hour on Reading Plus doing a vocabulary or reading task.  RE - We are finishing our unit of work on the 'Trinity'. Think again about the question - What is the 'Trinity' and why is it important to Christians? I would like you to express your response to that question using symbols and art. You could use a triangle, a triptych or a three-piece Venn diagram and design a work of art for a church called 'Holy Trinity'. Write a short piece to explain your artwork.

Today, we are looking at Egyptian Gods.  Have a look at this information on the Egyptian Gods. Then, choose one of the Gods to research and use these worksheets to answer the questions. Can you create a poster about your God?

Hello Class 4,  I hope you've had a good week.  Here are your activities for today: English - This week, you have started learning about Haikus. Have a look at these Guess Who Haikus  and mark the text with the number of syllables, examples of alliteration and other well-chosen words. Have a think about what or who the Haikus are about. Then choose one of the Haikus and write another pair of 7-syllable lines. Think carefully about the behaviour of the animals, the number of syllables and the words you choose.  Maths - Start by having a go at Fluent in Five . We are on Day 5.
