Hello Class 4, I hope you all had a good weekend. This week is Children's Mental Health Week and the theme for the week is 'Express Yourself'. As part of your home learning, we will be setting some well being tasks for you to try - we hope you enjoy them! If you would like any further resources or ideas please head over to the Well Being blog on the class pages section of the school website. Hello Class 4, I hope you all had a good weekend and enjoyed the snow! ⛄❆❆ Well done on all your hard work last week, especially with your mixed up fairy tales. I was very impressed by your stories - you did a brilliant job! ⭐⭐⭐ This week we are going to be looking at persuasive writing in English and focusing on area in maths. From this week onwards, we are going to give you a set of spellings to learn each week. These will be put on the blog on a Monday and we will test you on them on a Friday, as part of our morning Zoom meeting. Below are the spellings for this week - please learn the set that you would usually learn. Try to find some time to practise them every day; there are some spelling activity ideas underneath the list to help you. Your weekly spellings will also be available on Spelling Shed so you can practise them on there too. Set 1 Set 2

Hello Class 4,  Well done for all of your hard work during this first week of home learning.  Here are your activities for  Friday 8th January . Today, we will be trialling a zoom call for all of you at home to see the children at school and enjoy part of our class story together. Your parents will have received an invitation to join our zoom calls. It will take place at 2.50pm today for 20 minutes. We're really looking forward to seeing you.  Hello Class 4,  I hope you enjoyed your home learning yesterday. Thank you to those of you who sent me some of your work to look at. I particularly enjoyed reading some of your character descriptions, you worked incredibly hard on them. I hope you enjoyed setting up your scientific enquiry, remember to keep an eye on it over the next few days.
